Session Information
I do both face-to-face and Zoom video calls
Zoom is very easy to use and doesn’t require you to do anything but press on the link I will send you before the session.
Zoom is also useful if you live too far away or have problems getting to me.
Initial Consultation is 1.5 hours
It gives you time to explain your issue, what you would like to achieve and we will go through how the brain functions with regard to your issue - this will help you in many other situations as well as a bonus. It also helps you feel completely comfortable with the process knowing this is the right way forward for you.
We will define your best hopes, explore your resources and strengths, make sure you’ve got a clear picture of how your best hopes look like in your everyday life, and lastly you will get to enjoy the hypnosis.
You will also receive my complimentary relaxation download to use at home which really helps the therapy process.
Subsequent sessions 1h15mins
We will explore what has worked for you since last time, look for further details of what helps you and your preferred future, and of course, you will then get to enjoy the hypnosis. These sessions may also include talking more about how your mind functions to help you achieve your goals.
How many sessions do I need?
Often 4-6 sessions will be enough. Sometimes it’s quicker whereas more complex or longstanding issues can need more. Some people come back for top-ups or with new things they’d like support with.
Specific phobias are generally 3 sessions.
Single incident traumas can often be resolved in a few sessions.
Complex trauma will generally require more sessions that a single incident trauma.
Generally, it’s best to come for 2-3 sessions, a week or two apart to get momentum, then have more sessions as you feel works best for you.
Fees
Per hypnotherapy session: £75 (1st session 1.5h, then 1h15mins).
Package of 4 hypnotherapy sessions: £280 (£70/session) - recommended.
IBS is a 6 session package (as per NICE recommendation): £420 (1st session 1.5h).
PTSD: As per usual hypnotherapy. Veterans are treated for free.
Phobia: 3 session package: £210
